Michael Giordano
President
Michael grew up in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, and is the youngest of six. He played varsity baseball for all 4 years of high school and obtained his real estate license upon graduation.
In early 2020, Michael got started in the sales and marketing industry, where he drove sales and business development in Cleveland. In the Summer of 2021, Michael launched Condurre Partners to help meet client expansion demand in the Cincinnati market. Michael’s goals over the next two years are to establish Condurre Partners’ presence in all major midwestern markets and to lead the nation in outsourced sales and consulting.
Outside of work, Michael likes to watch movies, go out on the water with his jet ski, and invest in property and the stock market.
Gabriella Tormey
Human Resources Manager
Gabriella Tormey was born in New York and moved to New Jersey at a young age. She is the oldest of six children. Gabriella graduated from James Madison University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Recreation Management, with double minors in General Business and Business Spanish. She’s bi-lingual and enjoys helping people as their translator during tax season.
She was attracted to Condurre Partners because of the company’s vibrant and contemporary energy and its “hard work = success” mentality. She is excited to be a part of such a people-oriented, energetic, and hard-working team.
Outside of work, Gabriella loves to travel, hike, and spend time with family.
Riley Gibbs
Senior Territory Manager
Riley Gibbs is originally from Spencer, Ohio. He attended the University of Akron, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Sales.
What brought Riley to Condurre Partners was a curiosity to learn more about high-volume sales in a service-based business. The opportunities for personal growth coupled with continued expansion within Condurre’s product line and portfolio are what he’s most excited about. Riley strives to continue to sharpen his skills and build new skillsets to improve his earning potential as he grows.
Outside of work, Riley enjoys watching football, exercising, listening to music, and learning more about business.
Mitchell Lince
Senior Territory Manager
Mitchell Lince was born and raised in Hilliard, Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University, where he studied Business and Professional Golf Management.
Mitchell chose to start his sales career at Condurre Partners because of the room for growth and the great people available to learn from. He is excited to see how much the organization will grow in the future and to play a part in that growth. His goals for the future are to increase his professional skillsets and meet some great people along the way.
Outside of work, Mitchell loves to play golf, snowboard, and be around family and friends.

Ben Camacci
Senior Territory Manager
Ben Camacci was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. After an extensive career in the service industry, Ben started following a new path and attended school at UNCC where he studied marketing. Although Ben was recognized and awarded “Cincinnati’s Best Bartender,” he wanted more of a challenge and further growth in life. Ben joined Condurre Partners in 2021 with just that in mind.
Outside of the office, Ben loves to do all kinds of outdoor activities with his dogs. However, sitting next to a campfire in the wilderness takes the cake. His love for music and culinary arts makes traveling a must for Ben. He also loves to compete in shooting competitions, write music, sing, whitewater raft, skydive, or indulge in anything that gets the adrenaline pumping.
Nathaniel Mcmillian
Senior Territory Manager
Nathaniel Mcmillian was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is currently a rising junior at The Ohio State University, pursuing a Finance and Entrepreneurship degree.
Nathaniel joined the Condurre Partners crew because he saw an opportunity to learn and grow on a professional and individual level that could better prepare him for what’s to come in his future. He feels the competitive atmosphere mixed with the warm family environment is what makes working at Condurre Partners an extraordinary place, and he genuinely looks forward to getting better and learning every day. Nate strives to make an impact on all people he encounters and surrounds himself with. Furthermore, he wishes to live a life where he is present each and every day.
Outside of work, his hobbies include reading, watching movies, and playing inter-mural basketball where he won a championship in 2023.
Benjamin Wheeler
Senior Territory Manager
Ben was born and raised on the west side (best side) of Cincinnati and is the oldest of three children. In his youth, he enjoyed playing varsity football and baseball. Ben went on to study engineering at the University of Cincinnati for a while and ultimately decided the college route wasn’t for him. He then indulged in the culinary industry, working and managing restaurants and bars until ultimately joining the Condurre Partners team.
Ben looks to build his foundation up and set a name for himself at Condurre Partners as well as create and keep multiple connections and relationships across the city of Cincinnati.
Outside of the office, Ben spends time coaching his younger siblings in multiple sports. He is an avid fisherman who enjoys his yearly trips to Florida to do his favorite: deep-sea fishing.
Carly Peterson
Senior Territory Manager
Carly Peterson was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and is the youngest of two children. She was a competitive dancer for 15 years in her youth. Carly is currently going into her senior year at the University of Kentucky, majoring in Merchandising, Apparel, and Textiles with a minor in Communications.
Carly joined the Condurre Partners team in order to fulfill her internship requirements, and to get out of her comfort zone and grow as a young professional. Additionally, she really loved the family-oriented atmosphere that Condurre Partners has to offer. She is excited to join such an encouraging team and to gain more business experience.
Outside of work, Carly is involved in Greek Life, loves to spend time with family and friends, and loves all dogs!
Zach Miller
Intern
Zach Miller was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He is currently entering his senior year at the University of Cincinnati, where he is studying Marketing and Communications.
Zach joined the Condurre Partners team because of the opportunities to gain experience in the sales field, and also to be able to work with people who can help him improve his general skills. He is excited to be working with like-minded people who want to achieve greatness, go above and beyond, and learn constantly. After his internship, Zach looks forward to taking the experience he has gained and utilizing it to find a good job out of college. His personal goals are to strive to be the best version of himself every day and to never give up.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys going to see live music, sipping on a drink with friends while catching up, reading, and watching movies.
Benji
Mascot
Benji is our two year old Yorkiepoo. His nicknames are Benjamin Button and The Muffin Man. Benji has a Bachelor’s degree in Barking and graduated top of his class! Benji likes to play fetch in his free time, socialize with his fellow pups, and collect items off of the floor (whatever he can fit in his mouth).
He is a big foodie and loves to snack on human food like carrots and yogurt, but broccoli is his worst nightmare. Benji loves it when he gets to work alongside his mom, but unfortunately, he’s only part-time. His other job is being the best neighborhood watchdog around. Benji is a great addition to the Condurre Partners team because he brings a whole lot of energy and smiles!
