Ben was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. After an extensive career in the service industry, Ben started following a new path and attended school at UNCC, where he studied marketing. Although Ben was recognized and awarded “Cincinnati’s Best Bartender,” he wanted more of a challenge and further growth in life. Ben joined Condurre in 2021 with just that in mind.

Outside of the office, Ben loves to do all kinds of outdoor activities with his dogs. However, sitting next to a campfire in the wilderness takes the cake. His love for music and culinary arts makes traveling a must for Ben. He also loves to compete in shooting competitions, write music, sing, go whitewater rafting, skydive, or indulge in anything that gets the adrenaline pumping.

Nathaniel was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is currently a rising junior at The Ohio State University, pursuing a Finance and Entrepreneurship degree.

Nathaniel joined the Condurre crew because he saw an opportunity to learn and grow on a professional and individual level that could better prepare him for what’s to come in his future. He feels the competitive atmosphere mixed with the warm family environment is what makes working at Condurre an extraordinary place, and he genuinely looks forward to getting better and learning every day. Nate strives to make an impact on all people he encounters and surrounds himself with. Furthermore, he wishes to live a life where he is present every day.

Outside of work, his hobbies include reading, watching movies, and playing inter-mural basketball, where he won a championship in 2023.

Ben was born and raised on the west side (best side) of Cincinnati and is the oldest of three children. In his youth, he enjoyed playing varsity football and baseball. Ben went on to study engineering at the University of Cincinnati for a while and ultimately decided the college route wasn’t for him. He then indulged in the culinary industry, working and managing restaurants and bars until ultimately joining the Condurre Partners team.

Ben looks to build his foundation up and set a name for himself at Condurre, as well as create and keep multiple connections and relationships across the city of Cincinnati.

Outside of the office, Ben spends time coaching his younger siblings in multiple sports. He is an avid fisherman who enjoys his yearly trips to Florida to do his favorite: deep-sea fishing.

Carly was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and is the youngest of two children. She was a competitive dancer for 15 years in her youth. Carly is currently going into her senior year at the University of Kentucky, majoring in Merchandising, Apparel, and Textiles with a minor in Communications.

Carly joined the Condurre team in order to fulfill her internship requirements and to get out of her comfort zone and grow as a young professional. Additionally, she really loved the family-oriented atmosphere that Condurre Partners has to offer. She is excited to join such an encouraging team and to gain more business experience.

Outside of work, Carly is involved in Greek Life, loves to spend time with family and friends, and loves all dogs!

Selam is originally from Ethiopia and grew up in New Jersey before relocating to Ohio in 2014. She studied at The Ohio State University and Columbus State for two years before discovering her passion for the beauty industry. After several years in that field, Selam realized her true calling was in sales and joined the Condurre Partners team.

Eager to grow both personally and professionally, she brings valuable experience from her background in beauty sales, where she built strong client relationships and consistently exceeded goals. Looking ahead, Selam aspires to lead market expansion for Condurre’s clients and continues to focus on consistent growth and performance.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.

Zach was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He is currently entering his senior year at the University of Cincinnati, where he is studying Marketing and Communications.

Zach joined the Condurre team because of the opportunities to gain experience in the sales field, and also to be able to work with people who can help him improve his general skills. He is excited to be working with like-minded people who want to achieve greatness, go above and beyond, and learn constantly. After his internship, Zach looks forward to taking the experience he has gained and utilizing it to find a good job out of college. His personal goals are to strive to be the best version of himself every day and to never give up.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys going to see live music, sipping on a drink with friends while catching up, reading, and watching movies.

Benji is our two-year-old Yorkiepoo. His nicknames are Benjamin Button and The Muffin Man. Benji has a Bachelor’s degree in Barking and graduated top of his class! Benji likes to play fetch in his free time, socialize with his fellow pups, and collect items off the floor (whatever he can fit in his mouth).

He is a big foodie and loves to snack on human food like carrots and yogurt, but broccoli is his worst nightmare. Benji loves it when he gets to work alongside his mom, but unfortunately, he’s only part-time. His other job is being the best neighborhood watchdog around. Benji is a great addition to the Condurre team because he brings a whole lot of energy and smiles!
